My name is Emma and I run Em's Bricks n Pieces, set up originally to sell off my eldest sons ever increasing stash of LEGO.  Years later my sons hobby has now turned into a business with over 100,000 parts in stock.

I aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days.  I also have a family and therefore, orders received after 2.30pm may not be processed until the next working day.

All orders are sent at shipping costs plus a small handling fee.  Where orders are able to be sent cheaper than the service paid for at check-out, a refund will be made. 

Due to the height of minifigures, in most cases parcel rate is auto-selected by Brick Owl at check-out.  However, some minifigures can be sent via large letter and in these situations a refund will be made of the overpayment of shipping cost.

If there are errors in your order, please let me know as soon as possible so I can rectify any mistakes made.
